Shipping Policy

Processing Time

 

Each Earth’s Essence product is handcrafted with love, prayer, and intention. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing before your order ships.
All blends are made fresh in small batches to ensure quality and potency.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

 

Note: During high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Local Delivery (if offered): 1–3 days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

 

Once your order is shipped, Earth’s Essence is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions.
If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number, then email us at support@earthsessence.com with your order number and concern.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of herbal and handcrafted wellness products, all sales are final.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Processing Example

 

If you place an order on a Monday, it may ship between the following Wednesday and the next Friday, depending on ingredient availability and batch production schedule. You’ll be notified as soon as it leaves the studio.
