We do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure product safety, integrity, and hygiene.

However, we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@earthsessence.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

 

We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed deliveries.
