Holy Basil / Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum)

Holy Basil / Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum)
Steep 1 teaspoon of dried herb in 8 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes.
For roots and barks, simmer gently for 15–20 minutes.
Enjoy 1–3 cups daily as part of your wellness ritual.
